Service Scope
Rodavia provides search and booking tools for vehicle rental. The actual rental agreement is made directly between you and the rental company listed in your voucher. Each company sets its own fleet availability, terms, insurance options, and policies. We transmit booking details and issue confirmation documents but are not a party to the rental contract.
Vouchers display the supplier name, collection point, vehicle category, coverage level, and any conditions specific to that booking. Always read the supplier terms before confirming.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking details including driver name, contact information, and flight numbers where requested. Valid documentation at collection - driving licence, passport, and payment card matching the driver name - remains your responsibility. Any advance payment made through the website is non-refundable unless the supplier cancels the reservation.
Modifications and cancellations follow the policy stated in your voucher. Contact us before the collection date if changes are needed; last-minute requests may not be possible.
Liability Limits
Rodavia acts as an intermediary. Claims arising from vehicle condition, accidents, contract disputes, or service quality are handled directly with the rental company. We do not assume liability for supplier actions, road conditions in Mauritius, or events outside our control.
The information on this website is maintained with reasonable care but schedules, rates, and policies can change. Always verify critical details in your voucher.
